First, check the obvious and reduce the system to it's simplest form - the sub plugged directly into the control panel with all accessories unplugged. First check to see that you have AC power to the system. Does anything turn on when you power up? If not, is the CGFI tripped? If the panel powers up but the sub does not then you suspect the power going to the sub and use a multi meter to look across pins 3 and 5 for 48VDC for a Pro3 or 73VDC for a Pro4. If you have power here then your panel is most likely ok and there might be a problem with the sub. Are there any lights on inside the sub? Does the camera still send video? Are there some functions that work and some that do not? Call or email support and let us know so we can start where you left off diagnosing your problem.
