The TPS.ini file is set to read only.
C:\Program Files\KCF\SmartTether\TPS.ini
Right click on the file and select Properties. Uncheck the Checkbox for Read-Only.

Why can't I change the GPS port setting for the Smart Tether? I change it, but when I check it again, it still has the original setting.
